Promoted to his current position in 2019, Brian is responsible for operational leadership and advancing SCOR’s strategic agenda in the Group Life & Accident reinsurance market. He joined SCOR’s Group Reinsurance operation in 2016, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
Before joining SCOR he served as second vice president at Securian and its subsidiary Minnesota Life, where he was responsible for national account pricing during a period of substantial growth and profitability of their Group Insurance Division. Brian also has extensive knowledge in executive life programs, experience refunding arrangements and best practices related to group life underwriting guidelines.
Brian graduated from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN), receiving a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
