As liaison between SCOR Underwriting and IT teams, Tim oversees the development of the SOLEM Americas Underwriting Manual and other technical issues within the underwriting department. He was appointed to his current position in 2015, having served the company since 2010 first as senior underwriting consultant then as a large case underwriter.
Before joining the company, Tim had spent 14 years with Transamerica Life Insurance as Claims Associate, Underwriter and Director. He majored in finance and marketing at Emporia State University in Kansas, where he earned a bachelor of science degree.
Tim is a Fellow, Academy of Life Underwriting, and Fellow, Life Management Institute. He is active in the AHOU Program Committee, Kansas City Risk Selectors and Chicago Home Office Life Underwriters Association.
