As leader of the company’s Marketing team, Matt manages a multi-disciplined team that oversees Marketing programs which include Communications, Market Research, Strategy and Analytics.
Matt’s group leads internal and external communications including public relations, publications, client materials and industry presentations. He is also responsible for research studies that provide retail market, client and competitor analysis as part of the strategic planning and execution process.
Matt joined the company in 2000 in the Market Research area and has taken increasing roles within the Sales and Marketing department.
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
