Promoted to her new role in 2019, Colleen is responsible for leading and managing the experience analysis team which analyses mortality trends, lapses, sales distributions and net amount at risk patterns; increases the rigor and robustness of our mortality data management and provides mortality study support and insights for product development and best estimate assumption setting.
Having joined the company in 2017 as Vice President, Experience Analysis – R&D, she had previously gained 15 years of actuarial and insurance industry experience most recently with Quantitative Risk Management, Inc. (QRM) as Actuary/Client Relationship Manager. Prior to joining QRM, she was a manager in PwC’s Actuarial and Insurance Management Solutions life practice where she provided audit and advisory services to life insurance clients.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
