Amy supports the organization’s strategy and business needs by defining, proposing and implementing HR action plans that include organizational development, talent management, talent acquisition and compensation. Amy specifically supports SGL America’s Latin American market as well as the US Markets, which includes Strategic Partnerships, Strategic Solutions, Marketing & Analytics, Financial Solutions and Group Reinsurance. Amy is also responsible for the teams working in Inforce Management, Legal and Risk Management.
Prior to joining the company in 2001, Amy worked as senior HR manager for Nextel Communications.
Amy earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in management from Lesley College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Charlotte Area Society for HR Management.
