Amy supports the SCOR U.S. organization’s strategy and business needs by defining, proposing and implementing Human Resource action plans that include organizational development, talent management, talent acquisition and compensation.
Prior to joining the company in 2001, Amy worked as senior HR manager for Nextel Communications.
Amy earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in management from Lesley College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Charlotte Area Society for HR Management.
