Katherine is responsible for
developing studies that support the accurate analysis of SCOR’s mortality and
lapse experience to support assumption development for pricing new business and
managing existing business. She works closely with clients through our sales
team to discuss actuarial topics including pricing, product design and
mortality and lapse experience. As a core member of SCOR's Mortality Initiative
team, Katherine also helps develop collective mortality and lapse studies and
analyses for clients. She is the Actuarial Student Program Manager for the
Kansas City office and a volunteer on an SOA
Before joining the Experience
Analysis team, Katherine had been a valuable member of the pricing team,
leading deals from initial request to quote through analysis, recommendation to
senior leadership and proposal to clients.
Katherine earned her FSA in 2012.
She also holds a bachelor of science in business administration degree from
Drake University. She has been with the company since 2009.
